Beach Time Baby!

Last week was my favorite week of the year and the shortest week of the year. It has been my favorite week of the year since I was about 4 years old. We went with my fabulous family to St. Augustine, Florida to spend the week together once again. In addition to us in this picture, you can see my sweet parents, "Coach and Nean", my sister Jenny (next to me), Jenny's husband David, their daughter Elise (behind Caroline), my sister Joni (next to Nean), Joni's husband David and their daughter Avery (in front of Connor). Thanks Cousin Earl for taking this picture of us! We all appreciated your patience with us.

*Playing Sand Volleyball (all the guys,cousin Mallory, Uncle Da-Da)

*Laying on the beach watching the waves (Jan)

*Fishing with Danny (Connor)

*Getting caught in a tornado (Aunt Jenny, Aunt Jan, Elise, Brady and Caroline) and Aunt Jan not wearing the right kind of tornado shoes

*Going to Aunt Gail's fun Christian bookstore

*Benefiting from a huge sale at Aunt Gail's bookstore

*Bowling on the day it rained

*Eating yummy pancakes cooked by Nean!!!

*Eating Aunt Gail's banana pudding

*Eating Uncle Hatfield's pork loin

*Eating BBQ from Sonny's

*Having a date with my husband at a great seafood restaurant, sitting by the window, watching the rain over the ocean and seeing a full rainbow

*Seeing tons of lizards, a couple of ducks and a few snakes just about every day

*Seeing a rattlesnake off the boardwalk EAT a black snake (YUK! but WOW!)

*Fishing with Danny (Connor)

*Going to the Alligator Farm again on the grandparents pass (Nean, Coach, the Uncle Davids, Aunt Jan, Elise, Avery, Caroline and Brady)

*Finally being tall enough to go up in the lighthouse (Elise and Brady)

*Eating seafood out with Coach and Nean (Ri, Garr and Con)

*Fishing with Danny (Connor)

*Caramel and Chocolate Cake

*Playing "Hand and Foot" at night (Nean, Coach, Jenny, Joni, Chris, the boys and Elise)
